If you do not provide certain information, we may be unable to assess your project, prepare an accurate quotation, arrange a site visit or provide the requested services.

When helping a client select an appropriate home elevator, we may receive information about mobility limitations, accessibility requirements or health-related circumstances.

Some cloud, communications, website, analytics or file-storage providers may also process information outside Australia. The locations can depend on the provider and service configuration.

9. Direct marketing

With your consent, or where otherwise permitted by law, we may contact you about Ricardo products, services, events, project updates and relevant offers.

Marketing emails and text messages will identify Ricardo Elevators and provide a clear way to unsubscribe. We will action electronic unsubscribe requests within five working days.

Submitting a quotation or contact enquiry does not automatically require you to subscribe to marketing. You may opt out at any time by:

·         Using the unsubscribe function in the communication.

·         Replying “STOP” where available.

Opting out of marketing will not prevent us from sending necessary project, contractual, safety, warranty or service communications.
